NATMA established a new committee on March 1, 2024 that will focus on members in academia. The new Academic Faculty Committee will gather members across North America who are active in medical centers and have interests in research and teaching. These faculty members will help further the organization’s goals to facilitate more bilateral exchanges between North America and Taiwan.
Leaders of North American Taiwanese Professors’ Association (NATPA) and NATEA (North American Taiwanese Engineering & Science Association) were also present and are planned to be future close collaborators.
